Quick answers about our playtest cards, shipping and orders.
What is a playtest proxy?
A playtest proxy is an unofficial, custom-printed stand-in for a trading card, made for personal, casual play and deck testing. Our cards are not official products and must not be used for tournament or sanctioned play where prohibited, or resold as official or authentic.
Which games do you carry?
We currently carry One Piece TCG. Coming soon: Disney Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Riftbound and Yu-Gi-Oh!.
What finishes are available?
Depending on the card, finishes can include standard, foil, holo, textured and borderless. Each card page lists the finishes available for that card and the price of each.
How much do cards cost?
Each card is priced per finish, and the price is shown on its card page. Shipping is free.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders with a non-US shipping address cannot be completed.
How long does delivery take?
Every card is printed to order. Production plus transit typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the time you order to the time your package arrives. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. When a card isn't sold out, its card page also shows an estimated delivery window.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, we email you tracking information and update the status on your order page.
Can I return or cancel an order?
All sales are final because every order is produced for you, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or delivery times that fall within our published estimate. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or tracking shows it was lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or of the delivery estimate for a lost package). Where a problem is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion. You may request to cancel an order only before it enters production.
Are you affiliated with the game publishers?
No. Card Proxies is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or trading-card rights-holder.
