These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Card Proxies and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Card Proxies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and sells the products described on it. If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at hello@cardproxies.com.
2. What we sell
We sell unofficial, made-to-order playtest cards intended for personal, casual play and game testing. Our products are custom-printed proxies. They are not official products and are not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or trading-card rights-holder.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using our products lawfully. You agree not to use them for tournament or sanctioned play where prohibited, to resell them as if they were official or authentic, or in any way that misrepresents their origin. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe an order is fraudulent or violates these terms.
4. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur; where a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may correct the error or cancel the order and refund any payment. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By paying, you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping.
6. Made to order and shipping
Each order is produced on demand specifically for you. Production and delivery timeframes, and the regions we ship to, are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship to the United States only.
7. Returns and refunds
Because every order is custom-made for you, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive, we will make it right as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Accounts and sign-in
We use passwordless sign-in: we email you a single-use link to access your order history. Keep that link private. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your email access.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the US state where you live.
