Information we collect

When you place an order or sign in, we collect:

• Your email address (used for sign-in and order updates).
• Your shipping name, address, and, if provided, phone number.
• Your order history and the status of your orders.
• Limited technical information needed to operate the site, such as a cart cookie and a sign-in session cookie.

Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Produce, fulfill, and ship your order.
• Send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and sign-in links.
• Respond to support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We share your information only as needed to run our business:

• Fulfillment partner. Your order is produced and shipped by a fulfillment partner located outside the United States. We share your shipping details with that partner so they can produce and deliver your order. You consent to this sharing at checkout.
• Payments. Stripe processes your payment.
• Email. Resend delivers our transactional emails.
• Hosting and infrastructure. Our site and database are hosted by our infrastructure providers.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or partners.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a cart cookie so your cart persists between visits, and a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill your orders, provide support, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally up to seven years for records relating to a transaction — after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@cardproxies.com. Depending on the US state where you live, you may have additional rights — such as to access, delete, or correct your personal information, or to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond as required by law.

Security

We protect your information using encryption in transit and rely on Stripe for payment security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
